Removed from my S&W Core 9MM long ago and has just been sitting. Works great and holds zero no problem, and as everyone knows it has a lifetime warranty.
Everything in the pics are included plus 4 new batteries(not pictured). It does have the triangle shaped dot. Only item missing is the rubber cover. Please make sure it is usable on your desired application because all sales are final. Located in SW Vegas near MTNS EDGE. Not sure what it is worth but asking 180.00. Will meet anywhere close.
