Tires to include the spare are 1 year old. Brakes, wheel bearings, and water heater were serviced in June 2018. New Battery. Includes two 7-gallon propane tanks, power tongue jack, and an Equal-i-zer 12,000 lb capacity weight distribution, sway control hitch.
Loaded trailer weight is approximately 7,000 lbs plus 1,300 lb tongue weight (8,300 lbs total). Recommend checking tow vehicle’s capacities to be sure this trailer can safely be towed.
