Inherited this Smith, not sure how old it is, or how many rounds have been through it, but it's sat in a safe for at least 5 years. Has a distinct cylinder wear line from use. Functions flawlessly. No original case/paper/ect only the gun. Comes with some aftermarket grips I haven't tried yet.
