When you say an item can pass as new and it doesn’t have a box, has very visible nicks where the scope mounts and to where the mount goes on the rifle (3 diff locations) it obviously cannot pass as new. When adding a description to your item, state it as accurate as possible to avoid “waste of time” from a pos. ??‍ When I said to you it cannot pass as new, you said, “are you gonna mount it on a rifle or on the wall?” When someone’s paying $360 for just a scope mount, they should be getting what is as described. ? to you buddy.

There’s one nick on it that is visible in the pictures above. I did you a favor and met you 20 minutes from my house and did so with last minute notice an hour earlier than scheduled. You clearly were trying to weasel a few more dollars off of the price and it didn’t work for you. Go get it for $50 more if you want a brand new one.
