WTB Ruger Mark IV Lite

I've an old dear friend who is now 90. She used to be a champion pistol shooter when she was young and spry and deeply misses it. She's got a few more years in her (brand new heart valve!), but all of my pistols, that she's been shooting, lack a bit of things that would make them a lot easier for her. So I am going to buy or build her a Ruger Mark IV Lite with a red dot sight and one of those charging rings for the back of the bolt. This would be perfect for her. Or can you think of something similar?

So I'm looking for one already like that, or just the Mark IV Lite, and I'll get the rest of the stuff. Davidson's has the red and purple in stock, but I figured I'll ask here first.
