Since putting my M1A back to factory configuration I’ve decided that’s how it’s going to stay. I’m starting some spring cleaning and have a bunch of stuff I’ve gathered for this platform over the years.
1: TRADE/DEAL PENDING Fiberglass stock. Includes all metal. Durakoted by me at one point in time like 13 years ago then rattled canned Multi Cam by me at a later date. Includes home made Kydex adjustable cheek riser that worked perfect for an optic. Includes a matching painted handguard. There are spots inside of the forend and at the end behind the cap have been slightly relieved to clear the screws for the Blackfeather rail.
$100
(I can include the matching specter gear light weight recon sling for an additional $25)
2: Blackfeather SHG Scout Handguard. Good way to mount red dots, scout scopes, lights, or anything else. Solid and proven mounting solution. Installed and only used for one or two range sessions. Retails for $290 after tax.
$200
3: Vintage 1990’s Springfield Armory 4-14x56mm 1st generation optic. This thing is pretty cool for being so old. Japanese manufacture. First Focal Plane. .308 Range finding ballistic drop compensating reticle. Internal bubble level.
I have shot this rifle everywhere from 100-1000 yards and the reticle works great. Absolutely solid oldschool tactical scope. I have a factory instruction manual for it.
The optic has some scratches and handling marks externally but the glass is perfect.
Includes the optic. Manual. Big beefy dual screw rings. Butler creek flip up lens caps.
$350
Here are some stock images of the reticle.
