For sale is a soviet 1941 Podolsk SVT-40 rifle. I believe these were only produced for 2 years only in 1940 and 1941. Out of the 1.6 million SVT 40's made only about 100,000 from the Podolsk factory but not 100% on that. Mostly matching parts, please see pictures. Has the plum bolt cover and electro stenciled numbers on the bolt which leads me to believe it's a refurb but not an expert. Stock may have been refinished. Magazine is not matching. Great bore with plenty strong and clean lands and grooves. Great overall condition throughout and shoots flawlessly.
Also will come with original sling, tool kit with gas adjustment tool, and a reproduction scope and mount.
