I have a barely used Palmetto State Armory Dissipator upper with PSA bcg and charging handle. Also comes with a Midwest industries gen2 drop in quad rail. Also have the Magpul rifle length handguard. Included is an Aero Precision rear sight.
Upper with quad rail - $375
Upper with Magpul handguard - $265

I apologise, I completely forgot about the rear sight when making the post. I'll sell the Aero Precision rear sight at $50. I'll let go of the complete upper with Magpul handguard for $265 or your best offer.
