Bought this and I am now reconsidering my plan so I thought I would throw it up and see if anyone can use this. Still on my trailer so I can deliver local pahrump free, fee elsewhere.

Unopened factory boxes. I have built a couple other things from this manufacturer and plans/instructions are pretty straight forward. Both boxes banded together weight about 4400lbs so will need forklift or appropriate equipment to unload.

Alot of square footage for $5000. All I know about this one is what is described on the pictures.

These are similar in design to the metal buildings many of the carport sales/installers sell. Typically you can install on level dirt if you use the screw in anchors similar to what are used on mobile homes.

Wall height is 10' and 14' at the ridge. Door opening is 9' wide, 9' high. Comes with 2 windows.
