How much you wanting for it?

Not many stores I knownof that will flat out buy it from you other than pawn shops. This looks like something they might make an exception for if the asking price is low enough.
 
Before you do, you might want to post them here first. This gun community is relatively safe and you will not take the big loss you will experience by selling to a gunstore as they will not give you actual value due to the fact that they have to resell it at a profit.

I understand that after your scary encounter with the former LEO that you would be hesitant to do that, but you would be taking a sizeable financial hit on your guns that way. Be sure to follow forum rules and post a price along with your picture in the proper forum.
 
Ad has to have a PRICE listed for the gun, please post the price you want to get for it ASAP.

Actually just about every gun shop will buy from you. However , figure out what avg selling price is and expect at most to get an offer of 50-60% of that.

If you do take them to a shop for sale, do NOT tell them you have to get rid of them ASAP. They will smell blood in the water and low ball you badly.

I dont even consider that buying it from me. Not sure if I'm allowed to use the language necessary to describe the proper name for that. Lol. I get where you're coming from though. You might as well just hand it to them at the price they'll give you for it.

Gun shops are in business to MAKE money. They are now buying a used gun , which means they have to sell it at a used price. If one has opted to sell it to a shop, they have already decided " I don't care how much I get ". A couple years ago , a friend took a bunch of guns to a local shop , they offered him basically 50% of market value.
If someone is that hard up for cash, or to get rid of it , price it accordingly and it will sell.

I see people on here all the time, selling a used gun for the same price I can buy it new at DGS.
 
As I said in your last post. You take it to a store and sell it to them you are going to take a beating. If you have them put it on consignment ask them how much they are going to take from the sale.

You would still be better off coming down on your price and put more money in your pocket.
 
Is this gun really going to be sold today? Because you're going to lose goodwill if you keep making posts like this, you're not the only person who's had a hard time getting the price they wanted. You can look at other listings, people are dropping prices, considering trades, or relisting on GunBroker.

If this gun is still kicking around here tomorrow, or a week from now, who is going to take you seriously?

My LGS is usually around 70% of retail depending on condition and such - kinda like a used car
 
do not sell to gun stores .they will offer you 10 cents on the dollar for your guns
list all here .if desperate put OBO on listing
 
I thought someone posted an “I’ll take it” on those mags in one of the previous handful of posts.
 
OK, I thru a bunch of my guns in car to gun shop and sold them for nothing, Tell you why, Very simpie, I known ive been acting like a lunitic on here For some reason bad stuff started happening and happing and snowballing into worst things. Real quick, Ok started weeks ago. Lived with lady for 40 years , one morning out of clear blue sky. Panick set in, Need money to find place and move, all money in Firearms, Knives, meet crazy guy wants to kill me, i act crazer then said crazy guy, scared him off, about then lady starts acting funny, every day different personality, So a couple days contacted her kids and ask for help to deal with her problems , her whole family goes bug juice, They said i threaten them and all other kind of baloney, Well you know the the first that goes thru your mind when you have firearms collection, so i dump a bunch of guns today at gun shop. and thats the whole story so far. Lady coming home from trip tomorrow and most like to throw me out in street again, you know when it rains it pours sometimes. and thats why just about here, thinks im nuts, at this point i probably am a little.
