702A-Rep is correct, his "I'll take it " takes precedence, if you PM someone and agree to buy it, you need to post the message "I'll take it per our PM conversation", or if you haven't had the conversation yet, post "I'll take it pending PM conversation confirmation, or words to that affect.

As far as 702A-Rep or anyone else can or could see from the posts, it was still up for grabs when he posted the first "I'll take it".

Since there has been no response from the OP since the 18th of Jan, I am closing the ad.
