Jim, We plan on making 5.56 62 grain but we're open to suggestions. Where are these heavier rounds used? Is it a popular wt? I've not seen this before but I'm no expert either. I'd appreciate your suggestions and I'll speak to plant about it. Matt

I read that as prices per bullet:

9mm = 33 cents each ($.33)

Then the discounts kick in per round x the quantity (500, 1000, 2000, etc)

In Pahrump
I bet if enough of us Pahrumpalopes put the hammer on him he could arrange a certain time frame for local sales. :001_smile:

But it would probably be at a location away from the plant. Don't want people just showing up and beating on the door.

Same as Armscor likes to keep their profile low for a reason.

69/75/77grn (lesser extent 80g) are widely used for match/long range shooting, 600m is common and 1000m is the goal. (I've only gotten out to 400m with excellent results using 69/77g match rounds)

I'm not sure how many guys locally shoot 223 out to long range. I am currently building a long range AR. Fun but expensive.

Wow...nice to know that an AR...even match can make those shots. I just met a guy who bought match Colt Ar for 1,000. He's very happy with results but I"m not sure if he's shooting out to 400+. If we do get into these weights, i'll be making a release for sure. Thanks for the info...we need information like this to decide on what we're going to make next. Matt

Just wanted to say I bought some .45 ACP from these guys. Good stuff! Shoots straight and clean. Can't ask for much more than that, right?

I also liked that the rounds were vacuum packed. Great for storage.
