I'm sure someone will pay 700 over pocket price.

My employer was sitting on 10k SPP's. Someone offered him $640 for 2k. 32 cents per primer.. that's how supply vs. demand works..

Someone here competes, and needs components to stay competitive. It is not unethical to ask a higher price than you expect to receive.

But I just got 1,000 small rifle primers from Brownell's for $96 including shipping and hazmat fee - so there is that.
