Are these compatible with ambidextrous safety?

The timber that they came off of is not ambidextrous but they are thin enough I'm sure that it would work

It's been a long time since I've seen grips that weren't compatible with a wrong-side safety, but there will be a relief on the top inside of the right stock for clearance of the most popular style of ambi-safety levers. Like this:
