GMRS in North Las Vegas

467.625, PL 141.3, 462.700 PL 100 for starters.

Sorry for the short answer, just as I started to type my BBQ ribs were coming out of the oven and I was HUNGRY.
Here's a more complete answer for you.
On top of High Mount Potosi (elevation of 8500 feet) we have these two GMRS repeaters:
462.625 - 141.3 known as "the 625 Machine"
And 462.675 - 162.2, known as the 675 Machine.

Then on Low mount Potosi we have the 462.700 - 100.0 , known as the 700 machine.

The three Mt Potosi machines cover all the Las Vegas Valley, and the Pahrump Valley, and reach clear up to Mesquite NV and down to Dolan Springs AZ.

At 1915 hours (7:15 to the civilians) on Monday nights, there is a check in net open to all, first by roll call of members, then open to visitors, on the 625 machine.

On Thursday night at 1900 (7 PM) there is a similar net on the 700 machine.

Up in Lee canyon is this one:
462.575 - 141.3

Not far from it is this one:
462.550 - 141.3

This one is more in North Las Vegas, and is known as the Radioactive 600 machine
462.600 - 141.3

This one is more in Central Las Vegas at Russel and Arville
462.650 - 82.5

This one is in Henderson I believe
462.550-123.0

The ones on High and Low Potosi are the only ones we can hit from over the hump here in Pahrump, several of us who live in Pahrump check into those two nets I mentioned
I have never gotten on any of the GMRS repeaters in Vegas, just the three on Potosi.

There is a GMRS repeater here in Pahrump if you venture this way, it's at 462.6500, PL 100, and covers the entire Pahrump Valley quite well, and has a fair amount of traffic on it.

Lastly, should you desire to get your Amateur radio license, send me a PM here with your Email address, I am an FCC volunteer examiner, and can provide you with the study materials for the Technician, General and Extra class licenses, and steer you to the exam location and sessions in Las Vegas, the study materials and the Exam are FREE, but you do have to pay the FCC a $35 blood money fee,...........GRRRR!
We Volunteer Examiners do all the work, including the inputs to the FCC data base, but they, as of the last two years, now charge for a license that was FREE for the previous 100 years! GRRRR !

how else can a person find the GMRS frequencies

Search on "GMRS Repeaters near me", and GMRS repeaters in Las Vegas NV, or check repeaterbook.com
