Looking to buy a Glock 17 Gen5 MOS maybe a Glock 45 MOS also looking for a Colt 1911 in polish or stainless

Might consider Glock 43 or G26

If I can’t find one here I will be going to Gun store to get them on Tuesday, June 18,2019
Any recommendations on good gun stores that have good prices? Also a store that helps you with the process of getting a suppressor?
Any help will be appreciated
