A few people have helped me find some stuff I need lately at NORMAL values and prices so I’m feeling friendly.
I have this set of Lyman .45-70 dies that I got in a package deal years ago. For whatever reason, I could not get the crimp to work correctly. I tried to set these up 100 times and couldn’t get the crimp figured out. It always seemed to start shaving bullets well before I could get it to crimp. At least that’s the way I remember it. Everything else functions fine. I ended up buying RCBS dies and I use those.
So, if you have a separate crimp die or whatever these would work great for you. OR maybe you can get it to work right. Either way they are free so who cares.
