WTB a ban-era Bushmaster XM15 lower receiver that has the "RESTRICTED LAW ENFORCEMENT/GOVERNMENT USE ONLY" roll mark on the right side. These come in both "BFI" and "L" serial number prefixes, and I'm looking for an L serial.
Prefer a stripped receiver (this is for a project I already have other parts collected for), but will consider anything up to and including complete rifle depending on what it is. Cosmetics secondary to condition, as it is probably going to be refinished anyway.
Receiver: $150-ish, whole rifle: $600-ish.
