Rifle is in excellent condition, about 700 rounds fired. This was my father's match rifle before he got a KAC LPR, since he picked up the KAC he has not shot this at all.
The Tac18 is Armalite's "precision" .223/5.56 gun, it features a 18" stainless barrel with a 1/8 twist and a Wylde chamber. With the now-discontinued Magtech 77gr SMK load it was easily under 1MOA, same goes for IMI RazorCore and Black Hills 77gr SMK loads. It was never run like a carbine, and never fed anything other than match-grade ammo. The pistol grip was replaced with a Magpul MIAD, the endplate was replaced with a IWC QD endplate, and the stock trigger was replaced with a Geissele SSA-E. It has an ambi safety and an Armalite-branded Radian CH. Will come with the picatinny rail section and keymod handstop. It does not come with the original Magpul MBUS sights.
BUT...
The Bushnell SMRS Elite 1-8.5 LPVO will stay on the gun. It's mounted in an ADM 20MOA QD mount, and zeroed at 100 yards for IMI 77gr RazorCore. This is a first focal plane optic with a MIL reticle and MIL turrets. There is also a switch view throw lever installed on the optic. The scope is in excellent condition, and there are zero blems on the glass.
This is pretty much a turn-key DMR / precision gas gun setup. Add a bipod and your favorite ammo and you're set.
$1600 FTF in Reno, not interested in shipping and not interested in trades. Can meet at whatever FFL you'd like to do the transfer.
