9mm Ball L7A1 ammunition, manufactured by Hirtenberger AG, Austria, specifically for the British Ministry of Defense between 1990 and 1992.
Key details about this ammunition:
Type: 9mm NATO full metal jacket (FMJ) "ball" ammunition.
Intended Use: Originally designed as a high-pressure load for use in submachine guns (like the Sterling) under adverse (cold) conditions.
Safety Warning: It is a very "hot" load with higher-than-average velocity and pressure, potentially unsafe for use in handguns not specifically rated for +P loads.
