The 103.19770 is actually the SEARS model number, J.C. Higgins was a SEARS store brand name.
This rifle was made for SEARS by Marlin, and is actually their model number 101. They were manufactured from 1946 up until 1962/ 1963.
Perfect lil .22 for someoneā€˜s son or grandson to start learning with ! It shoots shorts, long and long rifle.
Needs a trigger guard and butt stock plate. SW Vegas ( ft Apache and cactus )
Since this rifle was manufactured before 1975 itā€™s considered C&R.
