Nevada Shooters is not obligated to send users or hosts a warning before deleting any content.
Mutual Respect of Others
The Administrators and Moderators encourage everyone to treat each other with mutual respect. Do not use any communication or collaboration services to threaten, harass, stalk, insult or abuse others participating in these services. Please consider that we are all about mutual respect for ourselves and others. Please be respectful in all areas of the Forum.
Disruptive Activity
Nevada Shooters does not tolerate disruptive activity online, such as persistent off-topic comments and postings or statements that incite others to violate the rules or participate in illegal activities. Our participants want to chat and post on our collaborative services in a positive environment.
Second Amendment and Political Discussions
Since this Forum is firearms related, we welcome and encourage the discussion of Second Amendment rights. These discussions and topics are further governed by rules posted in the Right to Keep and Bear Arms sub-Forum. All political discussions must be 2A related or they will be locked or deleted. Repeated violations may be temporarily or permanently banned. Please keep on-topic as it relates to the discussion at hand.
Keep It Legal
Nevada Shooters does not condone or allow any illegal activities. You cannot use the collaborative services to publish, post, distribute, or disseminate defamatory, infringing, obscene, or other unlawful material or information. Also, you may not use this Forum to discuss any illegal activity.
You may not use any of the collaborative services for the purpose of linking to external sites that violate these Rules and Regulations.
Usernames
Please make sure that the username you choose is the one you are willing to keep. Having multiple usernames on this Forum will not be tolerated and will result in an instant ban.
Don't Spam
Please don't "spam" through our collaborative services, none of our users like it. To spam includes sending identical and irrelevant submissions to many different discussion groups, Forum emails, or Personal Messages. Usually such postings have nothing to do with the particular topic of the group or are of no real interest to those on the mailing list. To spam also includes misrepresenting the source of anything you say or post.
Nevada Shooters reserves the right to ban a user at any time, without notice, from any or all collaborative services for spamming.
