Model 10 is in this case was a Blued gun (now Ceracoated) same model in SS would be a 64.

Not exactly, the heavy barrel was introduced on the 10-1 in 1959 the -6 engineering change happened in 1962 and it eliminated the trigger guard screw on the Heavy barrel models.
