Need a new NFA Trust attorney

#1
My NFA trust was through Bunker law, who apparently permanently closed. I have a few specific questions I need to run across an experienced NFA attorney.
Who’s the big name in town these days?

Bunker Law Closed? No notice? WOW! So what happens to the trusts...?
He just wrote them, anyone can write a trust, lawyers just understand the terminology needed in it. Once it's written it is it's in entity if I'm not mistaken not tied to the lawyer who wrote it at all.

Good to hear Mr. Bunker. Your FB page shows "Permanently Closed" for hours. Might want to put something different there...I thought you were done too.

Yeah, FB is rather limiting (and Google). Depending on how things go, there will be a new firm name, office location, website, etc. No matter what that page will be obsolete, but once I have new info I can put it on there. It's taking a bit longer than I had planned.

Regardless of what happens with my practice, I'll still be kicking around for my NFA trust clients.

Please put all that information about your new updated practice here as not everyone belongs to FB. Thank you!

I don't think Ben Bunker will be writing any more NFA trusts for a while.

I have been shopping for an NFA trust, and have spoken to the guys at National Gun Trusts and Gun Trust Guru. They were both incredibly helpful over the phone, considering they sell their off the shelf trusts for only about $80 or so. But I seem to have some specific requirements and I wouldn't mind paying more than $80 for something tailored more narrowly to my needs.

Gabriel Raviv appears to be a criminal defense attorney specializing in firearms, not an estate attorney. If he does have a lot of experience with NFA trusts, and references from happy clients, maybe I will talk to him, but is anyone aware of any other estate attorneys in Nevada who do this sort of thing? I'm in Reno, so a local firm would be even better (not that it matters that much).

Thanks.

Why won't he be writing any trusts? Sounds like he settled and his settlement shouldn't have any impact on firearms law just SEC stuff.
