Elko match

#1
You all that stayed home because of the snow missed out on a good day of shooting.

There wasn't any snow at the range. It was cold and didn't get breezy until halfway through the match.
The wind in Elko blows from all directions during a match. So wind calls become tough.

The coffee cups are becoming a coveted trouphy.

My Boys and I went and shot some sporting clays down here yesterday, at the Clark County Shooting complex. The wind made it interesting. Depending on the station some birds wouldn't even come into range. A couple of stations the birds went behind us. It was still a fun day too say the least. No snow in vegas but the wind from the north was cold. We should have shot trap, but I wanted them to see something different.

Do the cups look like this..

I wonder if a 6.5x47 that shoots like this could win a cup...I mean if it has a good shooter behind it lol...
