I can move the bolt a little with forward assist, other wise no go. Don't know if brass is jammed, if round is hot or not. NVgal suggested tapping out after pulling upper from lower, you tube suggests wacking butt against ground while pulling cocking handle. Any other ideas?

Take a cleaning rod and see how far it goes in to see if the round is hot or not.
Would try whacking it first then taking apart if that doesn't work

Safety tip when dealing with a AR when there could be a stuck round in the chamber, "REMOVE THE UPPER FROM THE LOWER", there is less chance of it going off that way. Especially if you have to move it in a vehicle.
