Well I pulled the best stupid thing I have done in a while, bought a boat......

Was curious as to how it works on lake mead and the river with a gun on the boat or concealing on the boat while on the water?

National parks and recreation areas are generally subject to the firearm laws of the states they are in. Just remember that buildings in the parks i.e. visitors centers, park administrative bldgs, etc. are considered federal, so carry is prohibited in them. You'll notice that most of these facilities have the rest room areas fully detached or with an outside entrance so you can use them without violating the law.
