I would have bought one of these to check out if it had a removable antenna.

Still, it's a cheap DMR to access a hot spot, if nothing else.

Yeah, it would be great for that.

If people catch onto how easy it is to submit a form 601 for a business radio license too these are a great and cheap encrypted radio. The hardest part is communicating the frequency coordinator.

You can use DMR on 900mhz license free which I plan to talk about soon, but the range is not great.
