Default My first 20 rounds

Two hours later, after a slow and steady pace to ensure I knew how this all worked, I have my first 20 7.62x54R to show for my effort.

I'll pickup the auto powder adapter and auto primer to make it a bit faster, since I now have a general idea how this goes.

Is that a folding TV dinner stand?
Whatever works though, right?!

You should post an update once you get out, and fire them. I want to see how they turned out.

Yes it is a tv stand -- it was a field expedient solution until I can get my garage workbench set up.

I'm hoping to make it out this weekend, so we'll see how they perform.

No qualms on my part brother. I don't even have the space for that otherwise I would already be reloading.

Glad to hear it. Hopefully everything goes well, and you start cranking them out.
What are you shooting? m91/30?

I have a Finn m28/76 that won't digest anything but lapua and Norma brass, so Ive began reloading so it isn't $2 everytime I pull the trigger. I'll be following with Brit 303 next.

I made one of these. Keep the height as low as possible and extend the base out more to give you better leverage or the whole box can tilt forward.

Grats Kinoons on your reloading adventure and also kudos for the port-a-bench solution.

From one reloading addict I caution you... rolling your own is highly habit forming.

*There isn't a place called Black Mesa, NV. It's a fictitious Government research facility in a 1998 PC video game released by Sierra Studios named Half-Life. In which this facility closely resembles the aura of covert experimentation that surrounds the Nevada Testsite and the hero loosely based on Bob Lazar.

Midway has good prices on blem bullets. That may help in buying small amounts to see if small differences in bullet dia. can help your accuracy.
