I bought a book on Amazon for digital delivery to my iPad (Kindle app) because I like to read on my tablet.

Only $8

+1 on qrz.com. Real exam questions and it is free.

And here for a read through of the questions with light explanations.

I have used Ham Test Online and I can tell you that it is worth the money to purchase the courses. You're guaranteed to pass or your money back.

Thanks for all the replies. I am going to give the online a run and might mix in the other testing sites. I tend to over study, but I want to learn some of the info as well instead of pure memorization.

Same here. I dont learn anything by just memorizing test answers.

Actually I've just decided to skip tomorrow. Maybe I'll do next week in Pahrump, although I'd rather not spend half a tank of gas driving there and back when I dont have anything else to do in Pahrump what so ever.

So show up at the Emergency Operations Center , 1510 Siri Lane, Pahrump, NV by 0845 on Saturday 14 July 2012 and take the ICS 213 Message Handling class we are having.

The message handling class is good practice for all HAMS and those who are going to be HAMs, as well as for anyone who might find themselves having to communicate in an emergency. That way you get more bang for your tank of gas.

Then at 12 noon, take the license exam.

Remember to bring a photo ID or two non photo ID's and $15 if you are taking the exam. A number two lead pencil, blue or black ink pen and a standard 4 function calculator are handy also, but not require.

I've been to three world's fairs, two rodeos and a goat roping contest, but I've never seen the likes of the stuff that goes on around here before!

I'll probably be there. Didnt get much time to study this week, but my son goes to New York tomorrow and I was more interested spending time with him before he goes.

I guess after the test next week I'll stop by a fireworks store and start stocking up for New Year's Eve.

if you are going for your Tech license, a half hour study a day for the next week, preferably an hour, plus taking the online practice tests on QRZ.com and you should be able to pass the Tech exam quite easily.
