LOL too early for me. I was equating spin drift with twist rate, not Earth rotation (but I was thinking about rotation, if that matters hahaha).

I may start a thread with a few questions but will probably research what I can before then!

gotcha...at 425yds i have about .54mils of spin drift at 850yds i have about .3mils of spin drift...this is in a 6.5x47 lapua shooting a 140g ELD-M at 2770.

Are you sure .54 mils of drift at 425 yards?
I have around .1 to .2 mils at 425 yards.

actually its a typo on my part...my drift at 425yds is actually .15mils...i was typing in inches but thinking in mils.






round 1 held dead center of black square and went 2.250" right

round 2 with .1mil left dialed and an additional .05mil held is close enough when shooter and environmentals are factored in.



its funny because this continues right out to 850yds where im .3mils right with no hold or dialed wind...thats with the ELD-Ms...im curious to see what the bergers do now ive got them shooting.
