Default Best appendix carry holsters?

I have an MP shield 9mm that I'm looking to carry as comfortably as possible. I have trained while appendix carrying, so I am looking for something that stays in place in that area. I was looking at those holsters with the large leather backing, but I think they are primarily for the 4-6 o'clock carry position. What do you guys recommend? I've seen Blackhawk, Galco, Crossbreed, and Alien Gear

Longtime AIWB proponent here. I like Dale Fricke holsters. They've gotten spendy but you can find them second hand on the web. Lately for summer comfort I've been going outside waistband with a leather holster. Not nearly as fast as AIWB but more comfortable.

Start buying and trying. All the brands you listed are quality brands and do a great job. Each individual is different and recommending a brand is next to impossible IMO. I went through 4 holsters before I found one I liked and I used 3 of the 4 brands you listed (ended up with a Kramer leather holster for my G19).

I've heard the Dale Fricke's are nice. He's a friend of my co-workers in MT and they all like his stuff. Personally, I use a High Noon Holsters Mr. Softy.

Just got this one recently from :

Only been carrying it for a week , so far so good. For the past almost 30 years I have carried at 4-5 o'clock. Just carrying a Ruger SP101 Wiley Clapp for the summer , not sure my "gut" will accommodate me carrying my P07 in appendix carry.

I have been using Remora's for the last 12 years or so. Sig 938, Kimber Micro9, and Kimber Solo I have one for each. There inexpensive and stay in place. Living in the desert with warm summers get a full sweat shield!
