Default Almost joined the "In Memorium" list

Back around 7/11 I went to the ER because I couldn't breathe, turns out I had pneumonia and a blood infection called mssa. Things get fuzzy after that because I wasn't conscious much of the time but I wound up on full life support. Two different doctors called my wife to tell her I wasn't going to make it, but I had different ideas. I woke up, pulled the ventilator tube out of my throat and started breathing on my own!

Since then it's been a slow recovery with 3 weeks at least in the hospital but now I'm home. Exercises and breathing treatments make up a lot of my day now but I am determined not to get this again!

Glad to hear you're doing better. I can't imagine how much discomfort you felt pulling out the breathing tube.
