Spray would suck on a windy day. Go with a stun gun or tazer.

I have the Fox 5.3 also. Never used it but the wife somehow set hers off in her purse in the back seat of an SUV. Her and her friend were back there, me and her friends husband were in front. We evacuated that vehicle quick, lol. I can confirm that it works.

Yessir! And a real life recommendation lol!

Tasers will be up to them but I'm getting pepper spray for some ladies who work in an office. There was an incident where one got robbed and hurt by a guy who came in to hunt and picked a venerable person in an isolated location. It's too bad he didn't get a one way trip to the land down under. I'm trying to help them with some situational awareness and to start getting tools to defend themselves. Based on his description I probably would have spotted him a mile away as not belonging there if I worked there. Plus I am sure he was watching everyone closely for an opportunity which is a giveaway to anyone trained. Basically a street guy with dirty clothes in an office.

Yeah, I recommend never just throwing a can of pepper spray in your purse, lol.

I've been sprayed by Fox and Sabre Red I would say the Fox punches harder and the effects last longer. But that doesn't mean the Sabre didn't hurt either.

Sabre makes many variations on how to carry and plus the trainer models are a huge help too. I would say go with Sabre, especially the stream version. Less chance of cross contamination vs the aerosol.

As a law enforcement chemical agent instructor for over 35 years, I highly recommend the Sabre Red. In my experience it has been the most consistent and effective OC spray on the market.

Thanks! That's what we are going with and the test ones are great for teaching them.
