Default Other hobbies, clubs, etc.

Not sure if it has been posted before, but started thinking, what is everyone else's hobbies or clubs they are associated with. I myself am in a couple of Jeep clubs here in town (R-Jeeps and Desert Wranglers). I also belong to a few mustang clubs too. Only reason I ask is, just curious if Ive met or spoken to members on here in the other forums, or have met them at meetings, cruises, off road adventures and didn't even know.

You can start by putting your interests in your profile here like I do. And your "town". Not everybody in this forum is from Clark County.

FWIW, I own a couple of Jeeps as well as a couple of Mustangs. But the only club I belong to is a very informal motorcycle club (no rules, no dues). I own six motorcycles.

Reno4x4.com for the local Reno 4 wheeling community. Occasionally gets complaints about having more gun sales than 4 wheeling threads, less frequent of a complaint now.

I'm in the Desert Wranglers. Drive a white Willys 2 door and hit the end of the month shoot on occasion.

hobbies? WAAY too many.

i got two jeeps(YJ for me, ZJ for wife), but haven't been in a club in more than 10 years. Big clubs, got too much infighting for my taste. Both jeeps are in pieces right now getting some upgrades.

Got a sport bike, but haven't been in a club in about 8 years; just after getting married. Didn't have time to keep up with all of the club ativities. Now i'm selling the bike. Might get a cruiser in a few years. something big enough for my wife and I.

Got into collecting classic toys for a bit. Collected a whole room full of stuff. Now i'm selling it all off. Bought 4 guns from the sales so far.

Just got into woodworking, and I'm told I'm pretty good.

Getting back into fishing. Slow and steady, which is relaxing.

Trying to get into hunting. took the class, got the certificate. just need to take some time and go get my lic, then go start scouting.

After our move I'm planning on getting a M36A2, and a M715. I'm sure they will take up enough time to be a hobbie.

would love to get into archery, especially for hunting. there's a archery shop in china town that runs specials on groupon. 1 hr equipment rental and instruction for $20. My wife and I went at the end of the day and actually got 2.5 hrs of fun. nobody else came in, he let us keep going. we both got really good and had a blast. Maybe after we move I'll be able to talk her into buying some equipment.

Did the RC thing for awhile (nitro and Brushless), but it's just too expensive for a "toy"! Although I have been looking at drones lately a little too much. keep telling myself "no, that money should go to your guns, jeeps, or garage"

i do the biking, Hiking, camping thing too.

I know I got more.

Ham radio club, about to join a VFW motorcycle group, motorcycle riding (did a 480 mile run to Rachel yesterday in the wind), geocaching, hunting, fishing, shooting, gold prospecting, going off road around Pahrump, riding quad trails by our lot in Duck Creek, Utah.
