i did email them about sponsorship. they said to just enroll as a affiliate and display the link. maybe someone from the staff can do that and post the link so any of us who buy from them could support the forum?

The best way to do that is join our affiliate program. You can add links of all the sales and promotions we run and take a percentage of each sale.

You can sign up here:

They offer no sale tax and free shipping to all CA residents. I hope they would continue to extend these offers to NV residents.

I'm actually surprised that they're still in business. I won't deal with them. . .once was enough.

Add another 5 weeks to items that were "in stock" when I ordered them. Still waiting...

My last two orders still have items that went to backorder even though there was no indication of that status at the time that I ordered it. I've been waiting months for a pair of shoes that were on sale, and that's no big deal. I only ordered them because they were on sale. But the same thing happened with my FNAR magazines. They were the only place I saw that had them available. Until they got my money. Now they have been indefinitely backordered. Bad business practice.

This was exactly my experience. I first ordered from them months prior to the run up to the election in 2008. The items that I purchased (20 AR mags) were shown "in stock." At the time, other vendors had them in stock but Botach was a couple of bucks cheaper.

A few weeks go by, my credit card had already been charged. Now a month goes by. . . I try contacting them to inquire about my order but their customer service is non-existent. A couple of months go by and now the mags are out of stock everywhere!

I finally had to get my credit card company involved to get the charges dropped. I never received those mags. They are the only gun store that have a descriptive name named after them that I know of. . . "You've been Botached!"

Those of you who had a few transactions with them and say they're good to go, it's just a matter of time. You've been warned. Another member here ordered an ACOG, I believe it was. He received it in used condition and they wouldn't return/refund his money. There are numerous cases like this that have happened. It's a wonder why anyone would do business with them when there are numerous reputable vendors to choose from.

I placed over a dozen orders with them over the years and they were all shipped really fast. I did read lots of complaints about them (including here) and guess that I am a lucky one.

It has been pretty good for me. Most of the items I ordered shipped pretty fast. I've had a few though that I ordered and forgot I ordered them until they arrived on my doorstep lol.
