My very first order from them was enough. I had to get my credit card company involved to get my money back since Botach doesn't bother to answer calls or emails.

Default Botach tactical moved to Vegas

Guys, send me an Message if you have any issues with orders placed. I work at Botach, was the first Vegas guy hired in July. My job is the website and I create all of the emails that go out.

Admittedly our customer service is crap... We are hiring people for that job right now and starting the training process. This is an area I have been arguing for 2 months now and it's slow going. But it is changing.

I can't make a ton of promises but I will do what I can to help out.

Big shout out to Bigedmond. I told him about my two orders and within a day he figured it all out and apologized for his company even though he had nothing to do with the errors. Looks like he can make a big difference if Botach uses him and takes his advice.

I'll be getting refunds for my items that are still unavailable.

I should mention that I never tried to call Botach or flood their inbox every single day. I was content to send an email and wait. Well, that didn't work, but Bigedmond did.

At this point, I would not hesitate to order from them again and take a chance on something still being in stock or at least getting taken care of when it isn't.

We have a bunch of Law Enforcement, and active or retired military come by and pick up stuff. The only thing we wont sell directly is guns. They have to be shipped to an FFL... Even for me which i dont mind.

I knew all about botach's rep from GlockTalk in years past. It got so bad that Eric actually had "botach" added to the swear filter so it came up as all asterisks. Cards charged before orders ship and then one backordered item holds up the entire order....

I ordered magazines for my Glock 42 when it first came out. I bought five to get the discounted price. The site showed they were in stock, they shipped like a day or two later and I had them in hand within a week total from when I ordered them. It sounds like they have an uphill battle to rebuild their reputation and restore confidence but I have faith.

Uphill battle is putting it lightly. Eventually once we have our new in Vegas CS reps up to speed I will be able to start hitting some other forums to work on our reputation.

I have ordered about a dozen times from them. Great prices and I fortunately didn't encounter any back ordered items.

Welcome to Vegas! I have made several purchases and everything went well with fairly quick free shipping! I too have read horror stories about bad CS but I am sure with the move will come better customer care!
