Julia Ratti needs to go. She is up north in Washoe and the folks up there need to make her pay for this with her career, and put an end to the misery she and others like her want to inflict on us! I'm being as polite as I can be.

Patricia Farley, once a RINO, now simply an Enemy, also needs to go. Both of these Carson Critters are facing elections in 2018. I think both are vulnerable. Both need to go. Get rid of them, and assuming all the reps hold their seats, the anti-2A zealots will be out of power, at least in the Senate.
Give the info to Kevin, I have some time to spend.

Received an email reply from State Senator Heidi Gansert re: SB387 with my emphasis in bold...

Quote:
Thank you for your note. I voted to oppose SB 387 yesterday. That said, it did receive enough votes to move to the Nevada Assembly. You may want to contact its members.

Best, Heidi
Email Heidi Gansert to thank her for the NO vote.
Heidi.Gansert@sen.state.nv.us

So now SB387 ("pre-crime" bill) moves to the Assembly.

Use this link to write your state lawmakers - in this case we need to focus on the Assembly.

And once it passes the Assembly, we will need to bombard Gov. Sandoval. Not just for this, but for the other gun-control bills.

The Fight Never Ends.

2A Patriots, there are 30 days left in the legislative session and SB387 is still alive, with hearings scheduled for the coming week.

Please contact the committee members and urge them to vote NO.

Contact pages to NRA-ILA are provided below, as well as links to the hearing agendas...

SB387
Sponsored by state Senator Julia Ratti (D-13), SB387 is known as the "pre-crime" bill. It would allow for ex parte orders to remove your Second Amendment rights - not because of a criminal conviction or mental adjudication, but based on third party allegations. This order lacks due process as firearms and ammunition are required to be surrendered within 24 hours, long before a hearing may take place.
Passed Senate floor on 4/25 Partisan Vote all Republicans voted NO.
Friday, 5/12/17 Hearing scheduled at 8:00 AM in Assembly Judiciary. Videoconferenced to Room 4401 of the Grant Sawyer Building.

Please use the NRA-ILA page to take action on SB387.

BE, if you speak, the case of the gorman coach could be an example of why this is bad.

False accusations made, later recanted, and so on...

He can't kill a bill until it reaches his desk.

SB387 - aka the "Pre-Crime" bill - failed to pass out of the second house. It is now DEAD.
