applause Jury Shouts a HUGE 'Not Guilty' in First Round of Bundy Ranch Bunkerville Trial

NOT GUILTY-- 34 of 40 counts against all four Bunkerville defendants!!

Not sure if you've been following or not but in the Bunkerville armed standoff regarding the Bundy Ranch and at least 19 defendants the jury came back today with not guilty charges against all of the men, including Eric Parker who's the man shown on the freeway overpass aiming his weapon at BLM agents.

This is the second time the feds tried to railroad these guys, the first time it was a hung jury which hung primarily 10-2 on all counts.

The jury had complained in a letter to the judge that two of the jurors refused to deliberate in this trial, with one stating she'd been terrified as a child due to being held at gunpoint while the other stating she used to be a staffer for another judge.

Earlier in the trial Eric Parker was removed from the stand during his testimony because Judge Navarro didn't like where he was going with it, Parker stating the REASONS why he'd raised his weapon. It nearly caused a mistrial but the judge later instructed the jury to completely disregard Parker's testimony altogether.

The judge had also forbidden the defense from bringing up nullification, the Right to Assembly, the 2nd Amendment, and an assortment of other things during the trial. Court observers were not permitted to bring Constitutions into the courtroom unless they were hidden from view from the jurors.

Two of today's defendants will be freed tonight while the other two are being sent to a halfway house pending a hearing tomorrow on whether the feds will attempt to hold a THIRD trial for the two men.

Apparently the jury also voted 10-2 for not guilty on the six counts that they deadlocked on.

The men have all been in prison for 18 months and counting, with no offer of bail by the court.

The Bundy's, Pete Santilli, and over a dozen others were scheduled to be tried in September (and beyond, tried in groups) but if the feds opt to try Parker and the other for a third time the Bundy's will have to wait until that concludes.

Great news for freedom and the 2nd Amendment!

It's all over the web but I'm surprised to see the LV Sun actually post a decent article:

Much of what I wrote is either from court observers or was reported in various news events in the past few weeks.

According to observers in the court, this judge's family, including her father, were raised under Castro in Cuba. Not sure if she was born and raised there herself however. That may explain her mindset in violating the Constitution in the ways she has.

Appointed courtesy of Harry Reid under Obama.

A lot of people are calling for her impeachment and disbarment which sounds justified based on what I've heard and read.

Maybe with this current round of failure PERHAPS A.G. Sessions and POTUS will revisit this to do the right thing while saving us all millions of dollars. The Oregon trial was said to have cost the feds in excess of $12 million. Who knows what this one will run but likely in multiples of the Oregon trials.

Here's how the juror votes tallied up:

And here's another shocker, the feds unexpectedly released ALL FOUR DEFENDANTS tonight! They shot a live video while this was happening. Warning, lots of hugging and prayer going on here...

I think you need Facebook to watch it:

Amen.

I think there's a solid chance that the charges could be dropped against ALL of the defendants. Keep in mind that ALL FOUR of these guys were acquitted of the conspiracy charges. NO CONSPIRACY.

That's really all they have against Cliven and Ammon and the rest of the Bundy's because they weren't armed. If they can't prove conspiracy, and that haven't been able to in two trials now, then they have NOTHING.

And guess what else happened in the trial. While they were picking a jury, the defense got rid of several jurors that they didn't want in the box. But Navarro put several of them back on the jury! She was doing all she could to stack the deck against the group.

And they still lost. FBI agents caught lying on the stand! The list is long. This has been a sham trial from day one.

And people like Pete Santilli still locked up? They just wanted to shut him up and get him off the air. OMG they let suspected MURDERERS out on bail, yet none of these guys have been let out. 18 months in the can to PUNISH these innocent political prisoners.

Where have we gone with this nation?

Awesome news! Thanks for sharing!

All the more significant given that our lamestream media, err...propaganda...has spent the better part of three years poisoning the well by advancing Dingy Harry Reid's "domestic terrorists" theme. A jury rejecting this cultural conditioning is a Great Sign that folks are NOT drinking the KoolAid.

The Butthurt is STRONG on Hard Lefty social media. Followers of "Battle Born Progress" are crying a river...poor red diaper babies! Of course these commie scumsucks are spinning this verdict as nothing more than "white privilege." Lib Playbook Rule 1: when you lose, play the race card ASAP.
