Needed---
Contractor that can change light bulbs. Seriously, the catch-ceilings are roughly 40' tall and no scissor/cherry picker access. Currently thinking it will have to be scaffolding. There are a lot of them too, lights. This is a residence, must be insured and licensed. Job would be about twice a year at residence with chance for other work at commercial properties. Next, window cleaner(s) for very high and not so good access to windows. At residence also. Some windows are small, some big...big bada boom...wait wrong movie. Big windows and are high up. Cleaning needs to be done once or twice a month both inside and out. Must be ok with dogs and now a cat. Mat be licensed and insured. Lastly, need a specialized stone/tile cleaner for large tiles inside house. These tiles are roughly 4'x4' and from what I hear unfinished marble. We need to get tile sealed (dog isn't trained, not mine) and we do not want to change the look of the tile. Cleaning would be once a month which would entail, sweeping, vacuumed/picked up and then steamed. Need to be licensed, insured and have own equipment. All three of these spots are at the same house in far southern part of valley. Please have references with addresses (places you have or do work with same type of jobs) license number and proof of insurance. Must be dependable and trustworthy and normal around big name person(s) and family. PM me and all info kept confidential. Thank you. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
