This may be a little off topic here but has anyone heard how many of the 500+ "injured" were actually shot versus sprained ankles and such while trying to get away? I'm not trying to minimize anyones injuries but just curious about the numbers.

As far as we know, none of that info has been released. The question has been posed several times. Not sure if HIPPA is creating problems with that info being released or not, but possibly a convenient excuse for METRO.

On another note, there is an FBI oversight committee hearing on C-Span3 right now. FBI Director Christopher Wray was just asked about any possible ISIS connection with the shooting due to their repeated claims of such. Director Wray said that none of the facts to date indicate any ISIS connection, after which he immediately bit his lip. That seemed to indicate that there's much more that he knows that he's not filling in to the committee. I was reminded of Lombardo's statement about him knowing two things that Rob Lauer did not.

No other questions about Las Vegas have been asked, other than whether Wray supports the banning of bump stocks, to which he deferred to whether it would impact their enforcement duties.

Oh and regarding bump stocks, Senator Feinstein's proposal ties a mandatory ten year prison penalty to manufacture or possession of bump stocks or anything else that falls under her definition or restrictions.

Today, 12/7/17, was supposed to be the day the petition to unseal search warrant records was to be on the calendar for 9 am. But it has been postponed by the lawyers for metro. I think they are trying to change the judge.

Wow that's a hearing I'd like to go to. Is there any way to track that calendar? How did you know about today's schedule?

Judge shopping or just plain stalling. Out of sight, out of mind, as it relates to the general public.

I wonder if Tucker's visit had any impact.

It was on News 3 yesterday. http://news3lv.com/news/las-vegas-ma...tephen-paddock

"A new date has not been listed as of this time."

"In addition to News 3, Las Vegas attorneys Joel Tasca and Justin Shiroff are representing American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., The Associated Press, Cable News Network, Inc., Los Angeles Times Company, and The Washington Post." Some big media outlets are in the group.

Speaking of METRO and Joe Lombardo...

A report came out that the undersheriff has already taken a cushy job as a casino head of security following his soon-to-be-announced retirement.

And this article says Sheriff Lombardo is the only Sheriff in Nevada who hasn't already endorsed Adam Laxalt for Governor, despite Lombardo's being registered as a Republican:

If I recall correctly, Lombardo was the only NV Sheriff that endorsed Q1 (MJ). All other NV Sheriff's opposed Q1.

If no names are release and only the stats, I don't see how that would be a problem with HIPPA. Of course if it's a good excuse to NOT find out...

Has any info on current status of any victims be released? Any still in hospital? Any talked to reporters? Have there been any photos of any guns he used with a bump stock? All the guns in the room? 500 people injured & still 0 info, hard to understand. I do think there is a lot of money being used to shut people up.

The judge in the search warrant lawsuit will remain presiding. The next court date is 1/16/18.
