Hey Mazza, apparently my opinion does matter to you because you replied. I am glad they treat you like family, thats what they should do for their customers. This man gave some constructive critisism and I bet even the NFA appreciates that. That's how you build a better business and that's what NFA has been doing. Don't bag on a guy because he has a bad experience and writes about it.

By the way, I could care less about you too but I would be very interested in hearing any bad experiences you have had with gun shops along with good experiences.

Thanks for everyone's opinion. The situation has been handled and things will be addressed to make sure this doesn't happen again. Again, I'm sorry for any inconvenience and if ANYONE for ANY reason doesn't think they're getting treated the way they should please ask for a manager or Cliff or myself on the spot and we can handle the problem on the spot and get everyone on the same page.
