Why Does Anybody Need a 30-Round Magazine?

Why does anybody need a high capacity magazine? If Senator Manchin were to educate himself by, for example, attending Front Sight's four-day defensive handgun class, he would learn the two primary answers:

(1) Failure to stop the aggressor, and

(2) Multiple aggressors

Failure to Stop

The classic .38 caliber revolver, with a capacity of six rounds, was the standard sidearm of the United States Army during the Moro insurrection in the Philippines. The Army found at least one dead Army officer with an empty sidearm, and his head split open by a machete or similar weapon. They also found the soldier's killer, who had finally bled to death. Six rounds of .38 were therefore not enough to convince even one determined attacker.

LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKES Q1 passed by .5%, we MUST ALL get the word out CONTINUOUSLY, warning of what's coming and staying vigilant

Wanted to implore all of you to call up the AG and thank him for ruling Q1 as unenforceable, you know he's getting it from the liberals left and right right now, remind him the good guys are listening and appreciate what he did.

I always thought that was such a stupid argument. If I got rid of everything that I do not "need" that would be at least 99% of everything that I own.

I think we need to send them (those that are not Vegas Democrats) filled out recall paperwork prepped to file. As a warning to them that if a mag ban even comes out of committee we start the process of recall.

No, we need to target them, they have a slim majority in the Senate (by 1) let them know their assses are on the line as well, remind them of the CO recall effort.

I remember the recall effort and eventual outcome afterwards. But there's a caveat, years later and Colorado's gun laws are STILL standing. So what was the point of the recall?

Besides weakening the Dems and depriving them of a majority in the Senate,it would give Governor Sandoval political cover for vetoing any further infringements of our rights.Unlike Colorado,we have the governor on our side, and he was not afraid to veto the background check bill.If there were a couple of serious recall campaigns in some of the smaller rural counties, the dems might think twice about passing legislation that will get vetoed anyway,as well as bringing on the wrath of a recall campaign. If a couple of senators lost a recall election, that could jeopardize their entire agenda for this session of the legislature

This article states that Joe Lombardo (AKA J-Lo to his officers because he acts like a Diva!) is a big supporter of liberal/cop-hating groups. And also groups that donate to leftwing politicians.
