My check cleared in May and I still don't have the approved Form 4. My Form 1 from earlier this year took only four months.

Both were on a trust, but the Form 1 was submitted online.

I feel in my bones that Obama ordered all these forms to be "slow walked". Even a From 3 took two months, while the FEAM says they should be approved almost immediately.

Just got mine approved and it was 8 months to the day. They are gaming this stuff just like Clark and the CCW's.

Hell even 8 months isn't terrible. My first SBR was a year.

That's nuts!

My other Form 4s took 6 months and 1 week a couple of y4ears ago.

My Form 1 from earlier this year took 4 months.

I am closing in on eight months and we all know there's no good reason for these delays.

It could have to do with the significant increase in applications as the regulation changes approached. .

It shouldn't have taken six months to approve Form 4s prior to rule changes, especially with trusts.

I am certain that Obama & Lynch ordered 'slow-walking' of NFA applications.

Hopefully, the HPA will pass quickly to 'relieve' the backlog.
