P.S. you said your's is horsehair. Is that what's against your skin? How does that feel? After 8 hours?
I have the cow leather which is less dense so it can be dyed. The horse leather (not hair) is more dense and can not be dyed. I have never had issues with the leather touching my skin after 8 hours or more. Every so often when it is hot out it will "stick" a bit but just adjusting it makes it okay.

Well thanks, that's good to know. As a kid I rode bareback, in shorts, a lot. My inner thighs were always chaffed, but that involved a lot more movement than an IWB holster would see. That's why I wanted to hear Tuna's feedback.

I'm late to this party, but the cowhide holsters are a little more rough against the skin that the horsehide. Horsehide is not only smoother, but it will also absorb less sweat into the leather. I generally wear an undershirt with the cowhide supertuck that I have, just to make sure there are no issues. But in the dead of summer I have a horsehide P938 minituck that sits against the skin and I have no issues at all
