Yeah, I don't think that's going to work. . .

Yep, the law is the law and it's currently on our side.

Actually, Bloombergs law passed. It is illegal to sell a gun private party in Nevada. Right now they might not enforce it.

This is from my attorney:

"It's still an enforceable law in NV.
The Attorney General issued an opinion stating that he thought it was unenforceable but it is just his opinion not a repeal of the law.

One way to "test" if the law is enforceable, is to actually sell a gun (technically, breaking the law) and then going through the court system to see if it is enforceable.
I don't want you going that route - Not worth it, let someone else contest the legality of that law. It is technically an unknown."

Second, I think its funny people make fun of bloomberg for 20 million, the guy is worth 50 BILLION. His net worth fluctuates by $20 million every day in the market. He donates hundreds of millions to charity every year, thats right, just gives away hundreds of millions. Its like picking on some of you for dropping a penny and not picking it up.

Bloomersberg is NOT funny. He is very serious. He, from NY, spends his money in various other states trying to control the laws of those states.

POLITICS: The ability to control men's minds and therefore their actions = SLAVES!

You mean "mortal." There's nothing "moral" about that guy!

Whose going to enforce it? Clark County District Attorney? Not the state under Adam Laxalt.

That is what I'm thinking too.

I suppose, ACTIVE's attorney is technically correct. It IS the AG's opinion.

But as you said, what prosecutor in his/her right mind would prosecute a case when they absolutely KNOW the case would likely fail?

While it IS the AG's opinion, I'm thinking that opinion is pretty important.
