6.5 Creedmoor is a Hornady factory load. They developed the round from the ground up.

I was fortunate enough to get to speak with Jason Hornady, owner of the company and was so impressed by how he looks out for the small group of tactical precision competitors as well as the big $$$ shops I though I would rock the logo!

You should think about heading out this coming weekend. We've been using Seth's IPSC steel as our 1000 meter target and let me tell you it has been a blast! We are getting more people who are joining us out there.. brake in that barrel and put some rounds on that steel plate!!

I have some pictures to post when I get home, probably have some more things to list too.

This is another picture of a 5 round group Dane shot while braking in his barrel with Hornady 140 gr A-Max match ammo.

Here is how she sits now with the Nightforce which I love by the way! I need to tweek the 10 round magazine a little bit so it will work reliably. I'm having a problem with it where every 3rd round or so the bolt misses case and slides over it. My 5 round magazine did the same thing I just have to bend the top lips of the mag a touch.

Varget, 155 gr Lapua Scenar. It has one of the best BC's for a 7.62mm bullet. I have had great luck with the 168 gr Hornady A-Max's also using Varget powder.

Those were shot with the Steyr SSG 69 PII

Any one know where to get a ZIP SPINDLE for hornday dies in a hurry?

Last night i was prepping some brass and a .243 had infiltrated my 6.5 brass collection. So much for resizing 243 brass... the neck bent at the shoulder and bent the rod that holds the expander.

I know, i know, i know that i should have been more careful and observant but its broke already and i hope to fix it so i have some ammo for this weekend.
