N Nevada Cammo patterns?
Simple question, what patterns do you guys use for Northern Nevada? I was looking at either Cabela's Seclusion 3D Open Country
 Or King's Desert Shadow  The DS seems a little green and a little too busy, IMO. What are your opinions? |

I'd get the Cabela's Open Country. It would blend in better in my neck of the woods.

if you live with-in a decent driving range, i suggest a road trip.
take the basic hiking gear and a good digital camera. take a few snaps of the areas you plan on hunting. then you can compare patterns, colors to the chosen enviorment to blend in. also a UV inhibitor and descenting sprays would work wonders. about 15 years ago there had been studies on both. animals see UV reflection off the best camo as a bright light and their noses know when a strange scent is around.
