I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post this in this section but I got a M&P 15 I'm trying to get rid of for $600 I bought it brand new and only put maybe a 1000 rounds down the barrel and also put a quad rail on it and a grip. There's nothing wrong with it. It hasn't jammed once or f.t.e. it's a great rifle but I rather have a CMMG

Put it on sales board with pics.

Update on mine. First trip to the range today after cleaning and lubing it.
I had a few jams, FTFs and the trigger would not reset consistently. Some times it reset if I pushed up on it, some times it reset normally and sometimes would not reset at all. I really hate buying a new gun that does not work. Pisses me off!

That is too bad.. I hope you didnt get a lemon.

my brother has had his since january of this year and that thing is running flawless.

He even went through a stretch of no cleaning or lubing, and shooting only steel cased tula ammo.... with no malfunctions at all.

I used Federal 223 55 grain ammo. Can you dry fire ARs briefly? I tried it and the trigger will not always reset when I charge it. I'm going to call S&W Monday. It was accurate when it shot lol.

I would be interested in their response. Please let us know the outcome. Sucks anyway though. I'm heading to Boulder tomorrow with my brother in law who is in town, your more than welcome to come shoot a few through mine. Maybe we could even disect it a little and see if there is a difference anywhere!

Thanks for the offer. It's my Bday tomorrow and I have a barbaque planned. S&W has great customer service. They helped me with a M&P pistol and were fast and generous.

You can dry fire an AR as many times as you like, just make sure the upper is attached. If it is off you can break the lower.

I have an issue with my DPMS, it will not fire wolf Steel's. It eats brass shells so maybe it is an ammo issue. Try a different type of ammo
