I'm more than pleased with the offer from Jack Ross. That is going way above and beyond what they need to do. Honestly, I didn't expect to see anything done at all.

Myself and 2 other instructors at Front Sight, in coordination with and at the promting of Aaron from Stockpile Defense, tested several boxes of Jack Ross' new manufacture 9, 40, and 45. We did chrony, accuracy, and with the 9, put a few mags through an Uzi to check for full auto functioning. I don't remember the specific number, but velocity was decently consistent, with little deviation. Accuracy was good, if not great. And the Uzi had no problems with it at all. I would not hesitate to buy or use any of Jack Ross' new handgun rounds. Obviously, I cannot speak to their reloads.

And with customer service like they're providing to Facejackets, I think they've got a good thing going, and in the right direction!

I too had a problem with some 45 ammo a while back. I shot him a email and he replaced all the ammo I had got with new stuff and let me keep the old.
As far as I am concerned he did everything he could to make it right.

I still haven't heard anything from jack Ross on my order and there is a lot of people that have not received orders. When jack Ross's Facebook was up I know that there were people in the 2800's invoice number or more. They have taken down their facebook account due to complaints. My order is in the very low One thousands. One person on another forum says that his refund check from jack Ross bounced and that he contacted someone that works for jack Ross and she says that she was laid off and part of the operation is shut down. I am now past 90 days and my bank will not do anything. My bank told me to call the local police. I hope jack Ross makes this right and either ship the ammo or refund money.

I ordered 3 cases of 9mm reloads on 5/5 and received them on 6/17. I knew that it was going to take 6-8 weeks before I ordered so I was very happy with the service.

That really bothers me because I ordered a case of 9mm on March 31st and have yet to see them as of today. There are many out there in the same boat.

Placed my order of a case of 9mm on May 14 and still haven't heard anything either

I received my replacement case last week. I had a chance to run through about four hundred rounds of it today.


I will be posting a new thread about it. I am not too pleased with what I found in this case.

So you get a replacement case while some of us have yet to receive our initial case. Great. On top of that is seems like he's sending out ****e product. Even better. So in the end, for the ones who are still waiting, we'll FINALLY get a product that's less than par with the joe blow that's loading in his basement. Fantastic

Not trying to put Facejackets on blast but I'm pissed about the length of time it's taken, lack of communication and most of all someone gets a second case as a replacement before I even hear anything from the jackass that owns/runs Jack Ross!
